Thunderstruck
Thunderstruck is a project started by myself and Zody. It will be an online php-based tool for World of Warcraft, that lets Elemental Shamans calculate their damage, based on their stats (including hit, crit and haste), talents and glyphs. The goal is to have it working and final for when Wrath of the Lich King-raiding starts within not too long, as it’s currently based upon the ratings of a level 80.
So far, we have thoughts about making the tool able to give you spell priorities (as Elemental Shamans isn’t really that rotation-based) based on the above, with different things in mind. A mana-efficient rotation perhaps or the one that strives the hardest to simply do the most possible damage. We’re also toying with the idea of importing stats directly from the armory, but that’s a bonus for later.
In addition, there should be a Stat Weightings-system to help you figure out what gear gives you the best upgrade, and a way to compare an item with your current gear.
